What’s Included in the bioBoost Lawn Care Program?

Fertilization
Our specialized organic blended fertilizer combines organic and traditional components to ensure consistent growth and vibrant color throughout the year. Adjusted seasonally, our fertilizer nurtures the lawn while promoting healthy soil biology for lasting benefits.

Weed Control
We target weeds with precision, using a mix of spot and blanket applications to ensure the best results. Our approach focuses on Midwest-specific weeds like crabgrass, creeping charlie, and wild violets, while minimizing environmental impact.

Plant Health Stimulant
During the late spring through the summer, stressful weather reduces plants natural ability to protect themselves. Plant health stimulants applied during these times can help protect the grass against leaf diseases.

Liquid Aeration
Liquid aeration applied both in the spring and fall, boosts soil microbial activity, encourages water infiltration into the soil, and nutrient retention leading to a healthier soil ecosystem.
Seasonal Applications
The bioBoost Lawn Program features a comprehensive, five-step treatment plan to nourish your lawn year-round:

Early Spring (April – May)
- Prevents crabgrass with pre-emergent treatment and stimulates recovery from winter.
- Dandelion weed control as the weather warms keeps spring blooms in check.
- Soil-enhancing nutrients stimulate early season nutrient release and biological activity.
Expect steady results as the foundation for the season is established.

Late Spring (May – June):
- Organic blended nutrients boost root growth and promotes a lush, green appearance throughout the summer.
- Tackles broadleaf weeds like dandelions and creeping charlie.
- Plant health stimulants are applied to help the grass fend off leaf disease and weather related stress.
Expect faster weed control and robust lawn growth.
Optional Add-On: Preventative grub control can be added to this treatment to prevent grubs from eating your lawns roots and destroying your lawn.

Summer (June – August):
- Targets summer annual weeds during peak summer germination period.
- Crabgrass along roadsides and driveways is eliminated with specialized treatments.
- Nutrition is provided if a lawn requires additional nutrients to support growth.
- Plant health stimulants are applied to help the grass fend off leaf disease and weather-related stress.
Expect slower weed response during the summer, but consistent improvement.

Early Fall (August – September):
- Focuses on recovery from summer stress by promoting grass growth.
- Targets any newly germinating weeds or stubborn weeds that have persisted after previous treatments.
- Liquid aeration is applied to enhance water, air and nutrient movement into and throughout the soil.
Expect steady recovery and thickening of the lawn.

Late Fall (September – October)
- Applies specialty organic blended fertilizer to encourage root growth and nutrient accumulation to help the grass survive Midwest winters.
- Any visible weeds are treated until the weather cools and weed control becomes ineffective.
Expect a healthier lawn ready to thrive next spring.
