Tick treatments can last up to 7 weeks. How long they ultimately last depends on weather and population pressure. If you are on a tick treatment program and notice ticks, please contact our office so we can treat them appropriately.

If you want to maintain tick control all season long, yes you will need multiple treatments. This is because over time the effects of the product wear off and the population builds back up if left untreated. Our tick program is 5 visits throughout the year to provide coverage all season.

No, tick control treatments will not eliminate all ticks. This is because the ticks need to come in contact with the product in order to be controlled. The goal of the tick program is to reduce the size of the tick population to lower the possibility of encountering a tick.
