  • If we are unable to perform the application when scheduled, we will automatically reschedule your visit within 5 days or contact you to discuss rescheduling your visit.
  • Please have fence gates unlocked.
  • If possible, having the yard picked up until the service is performed is appreciated.
  • Please keep pets inside after the service, until the application has dried.
  • Visit your client portal after service for a detailed service summary, bill
    payment, to request additional services and more. Discover our latest

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you notice any issues or are unsatisfied with our services, please send a photo and let us know immediately. Our agronomist will review the photo and offer advice or schedule a follow-up visit to assess your lawn in person. Please note that given the continuous germination of weeds, weeds can pop up between visits. If you are on a full lawn care program, you’re entitled to FREE service visits to treat these weeds.
